Custom Fabrication

When the catalog does not have it, we build it.

Catalog parts are built for average conditions. Real jobs usually are not. We make the products that fill those gaps.

Refrigerant tank storage, truck racks, stainless work surfaces, equipment screens, guards, frames, brackets, carts, and small production runs all have one thing in common: they have to fit the job in front of you.

Custom Work

Built Around Real Use

A few examples from the shop: stainless work, equipment protection, custom signage, welded assemblies, tank storage, truck or field equipment, formed parts, panels, and metal details.

Custom stainless counter and commercial work surface

Stainless and Clean Finish Work

Commercial counters, sinks, work surfaces, trim, and parts for spaces where cleanability, appearance, and long service life matter.

Custom metal equipment screen on a masonry wall

Guards, Screens, and Cages

Finished protective metal work for equipment, openings, patios, service areas, and sites that need security without blocking access or airflow.

Welding a custom fabricated metal assembly in the shop

Welded Assemblies

Frames, supports, stands, brackets, and one-off builds where strength, square fit, and repeatability matter more than speed alone.

Custom refrigerant tank rack mounted on a service truck

Refrigerant Tank Storage

Truck-mounted racks, bottle holders, and secure storage built to keep tanks organized, accessible, and restrained while crews are on the move.

Custom truck rack and service body fabrication

Truck, Shop, and Field Equipment

Racks, carriers, storage, and jobsite tools built for how crews actually load, haul, access, secure, and use their equipment.

Custom decorative metal sign installed indoors

Specialty and Decorative Pieces

Signs, panels, covers, display pieces, and finished metal details where precision, finish, and presentation all count.

Expanded metal detail for custom fabrication work

Expanded Metal Details

Open metal patterns, screen panels, guards, and details that balance visibility, airflow, protection, and a finished look.

Custom patterned metal panel

Patterned Panels

Custom panels, covers, accents, and formed pieces where the pattern, spacing, edge treatment, and finish all need to line up.

Stacked formed metal parts from the fabrication shop

Formed and Repeated Parts

Small runs of formed parts, louvers, covers, brackets, and repeated pieces built consistently from the first part to the last.

Why Shop-Built Beats Field-Built

Field fixes have their place, but they are usually made under pressure: limited tools, limited space, heat, access problems, and a crew trying to keep the job moving. Shop-built fabrication gives the part a better start and gives the installer fewer surprises.

  • Cleaner fit because openings, clearances, mounting points, and access are thought through before the part reaches the site.
  • Better welds, bends, hems, and formed edges because the work is done with shop equipment instead of whatever fits in the truck.
  • Less time spent cutting, grinding, drilling, repainting, or improvising while the customer is waiting.
  • A more professional result for property owners, inspectors, service techs, and anyone who has to look at or maintain the finished work.
  • Repeatable parts when a prototype needs to become a small run for multiple trucks, units, buildings, or locations.

Good Custom Requests Usually Include

  • Photos of the area, opening, equipment, or damaged part.
  • Overall dimensions plus any must-fit clearances, bolt patterns, or wall/roof conditions.
  • How the part will be used: protect, support, drain, store, cover, adapt, display, or organize.
  • Where it will live: roof, truck, kitchen, shop, mechanical room, yard, or customer-facing space.
  • Preferred material or finish, quantity, deadline, delivery location, and install constraints.
