- Shop-fabricated sections are intended to be field welded, wrapped, installed, and accepted by others unless quoted otherwise.
- Access openings, drains, connection faces, wrap clearances, and AHJ-driven requirements should be identified before release.

- Installation, field welding, hoisting, rigging, roofing, or roof penetration work.
- Fire wrap, fire-rated enclosure, insulation, engineering, permits, inspections, or listed-system certification.
- Leak testing, pressure testing, gaskets, sealant, companion flanges, special hardware, or rework from changed release dimensions unless quoted.

Code note: Grease duct systems are commonly governed by NFPA 96, mechanical code, local code, project specifications, and AHJ requirements. Empire fabricates duct and fittings to released dimensions and quoted scope; final system design, installation method, field welding, clearances, access spacing, wrapping/listing requirements, and acceptance remain the responsibility of others unless expressly included.
