Round Spiral Ductwork
Spiral lock seam round duct and fittings for HVAC supply, return, exhaust, exposed duct runs, and equipment connections.
- Galvanized spiral duct is standard; aluminum and stainless spiral duct can be quoted when the project requires another material.
- Spiral pipe is available in every size from 4" through 10", then even sizes through 40". 10'-0" lengths are standard, with custom lengths available when required.
- Fittings can be gore locked, spot welded, or fabricated with Taloc construction. Duct sealant is optional when specified.

- Piece marks, access openings, pressure class, seal class, exposed finish requirements, and any testing requirements.

- Installation, hoisting, rigging, roofing, roof penetration work, or field sealing unless quoted.
- Engineering, permits, inspections, balancing, cleaning, field finish touch-up, or listed-system certification.
- Leak testing, pressure testing, fire wrap, fire-rated enclosure, gaskets, sealant, hardware, or rework from changed release dimensions unless quoted.

Empire fabricates duct and fittings to released dimensions and quoted scope; final system design, material selection, installation method, field sealing, clearances, balancing, and acceptance remain the responsibility of others unless expressly included.
