- Vehicle photos, ladder rack tube size, rail spacing, mounting location, side preference, and available clearance.
- Finish color, locking chain/strap requirements, U-bolt details, install by Empire, ship loose, or welded/custom installation.
- Anchoring, forklift pockets, cage panels, labels, piece marks, and any site or vehicle-specific requirements.
Not Included Unless Quoted
- Vehicle ladder rack, vehicle structural modifications, cylinder padlocks, cylinders, or inventory labels unless quoted.
- Regulatory compliance certification, DOT/EPA/OSHA interpretation, load certification, permits, inspections, or listed-system certification.
- Vehicle wiring, body work, paint repair, field modifications, or rework from changed vehicle dimensions unless quoted.
Scope & Responsibility
Code note: Refrigerant cylinder storage may be governed by vehicle requirements, site rules, company safety policy, DOT/EPA/OSHA requirements, local code, and AHJ direction. Empire fabricates racks to released dimensions and quoted scope; final cylinder handling procedure, vehicle suitability, anchorage acceptance, regulatory interpretation, and field use remain the responsibility of others unless expressly included.
