Construction Standard

ApplicationCustom drain pans for condensate collection, overflow protection, equipment drip pans, coil pans, rooftop unit pans, ductwork pans, and custom HVAC drainage conditions.
MaterialG90 galvanized steel is standard. Aluminum and stainless steel are available when corrosion resistance, weight, or project requirements call for alternate material.
Gauge rangeDrain pans are available from 26 gauge through 10 gauge, supplied as quoted based on size, support, drain connection, and project requirements.
ConstructionPans are brake formed with hemmed edges for safer handling. Corners are soldered or welded based on material, gauge, drain location, and quoted scope.
Drain fittingsDrain fittings are optional. 3/4" male connection is standard when included; other pipe sizes, coupling types, or connection details can be quoted.
FinishDrain pans are typically supplied raw. Mastic coating can be quoted inside the pan for additional protection when required.
Quality checkDrain pans receive visual inspection before release. Leak testing, water testing, code approval, plumbing, installation, or field acceptance are by others unless quoted.
