Custom fabricated curb caps for covering roof curb openings before equipment installation, during changeouts, or as permanent closures.
- Used to cover open roof curbs for safety, weather protection, temporary jobsite protection, or permanent abandoned opening closures.
- Temporary caps are typically light-gauge galvanized; permanent caps are 20 gauge and heavier based on size and project requirements.
- Large caps can be seamed from multiple sheets with soldered or welded seams and drip edges as required.

- Fastener holes, tabs, clips, attachment method, piece marks, shipping splits, and field-fit requirements.
- Any safety, weather protection, load, traffic, or inspection requirements that affect cap construction.
Not Included Unless Quoted
- Installation, hoisting, roof work, anchoring, field fastening, waterproofing, or field sealant unless quoted.
- Engineering, structural calculations, fall-protection rating, walking/load rating, permits, inspections, or roof warranty coordination.
- Hardware, sealant, flashing, roof repair, maintenance, or rework from changed release dimensions unless quoted.
